The Things that Make us Happy……
What better way to start my new blog than with a new tattoo ? Here is my latest, inked yesterday by the marvellous Pinky from Cosmic Tattoo. It is, of course, from my favourite book of all time, Little Big by John Crowley. The signature was taken from the hand-written message I received from the author last year, when my husband secretly wrote to him asking for a birthday greeting. I’m really pleased with it !

This tattoo is fantastic!! I love it. (Little, Big is also my favorite book — and my husband’s too.) Do you mind telling me — do you know what font the quote is written in?

Thank you ! We scanned the quote in from my very battered copy of the Methuen 1986 reissue but we can’t find a reference to the font either on line or in the book so far. Will post here if we find out.
