I am Grateful for my Voices

My voices punish me for something I have done
My voices want to help me
My voices persecute me for no good reason
My voices want to protect me
My voices are evil
My voices help to keep me sane
My voices want to harm me
My voices help me to develop my special powers or abilities
My voices want me to do bad things
My voices help me to achieve my goal in life
My voices try to corrupt or destroy me
My voices are very powerful
My voices reassure me
My voices frighten me
My voices make me happy
My voices make me feel down
My voices make me feel angry
My voices make me feel calm
My voices make me feel anxious
My voices make me feel confident
When I hear voices I tell them to leave me alone
When I hear voices I try to take my mind off them
When I hear voices I try to stop them
When I hear voices I do things to prevent them talking
When I hear voices I am reluctant to obey them
When I hear voices I listen to them because I want to
When I hear voices I willingly follow what my voices tell me
When I hear voices I do things to get in contact with my voices
When I hear voices I seek the advice of my voices
When I hear voices I seek to confess my sins
When I hear voices I know I am special
When I hear voices I look for someone talking
My voices are singing like angels
My voices are forcing the issue
